We do not have "Stock Plans" or are we a "Plan House". All of the plans we create for you are "One off" designs exclusively for your needs.

January 2012 has been the best month yet for Schultz Drafting + Design. February has been slower. But the outlook for the rest of the year looks good!

The Paggeot's of Friutport will receive their final documents this week.
UPDATE!!! The Brode Residence of Alamo Township has had their basement walls poured and will soon be backfilled and have their floor slabs poured after the rough plumbing is in place.
The Brode's of Alamo Township have officially broken ground on the super insulated home, 4/11/12
The Zipp's of Mason, MI have contracted with us for redesign of the main level of their quad-level home. Also we will be addind a new 2 car garage.
The Browns of Schoolcraft has contracted with us to design a new 3 car detached garage with a storage loft. What is unique about this project is the Brown's main house was built in 1837 then added onto in 1857. Also the house and property have remained in the family for the entire 175 years!! Whn we get done with the Carrige House we will begin the restoration of the main residence.

The Sila's of Eau Claire have received there final drawings and are proceeding with estimates.
The Paggeot's of Fruitport, MI have contracted us to design a small home for them.
The Lannoye House is back on schedule. A whole "New" house has been designed incorporating the previously designed additions and a design based on the old existing structure.
Small setback for the Lannoye House, Demolition has started and it was found out that the old house was not as of good construction as we had thought or believed. The inspector basically told us to demo the entire old structure and start ove fresh. After a furious intense week of drawing we redrew the majority of the house and submitted the revised drawings for permits.

The Lannoye's of New Buffalo received there permits this last week from the Village (1/22/12). Now they can proceed full force with there remodel/additon project.
The Kane's of Kalamazoo, MI have contracted with us for Design/Constrcution Drawings for a new cabin near Claire, MI.
The Sila's of Eau Claire, MI have contracted us for an addition to their residence. The new addition will contain s Master Suite, Bedroom w/ its own batheroom and a new Kitchen. The Lower Level with have a Great Room with several daylight windows.
The Faulk's of Schoolcraft, MI have contracted with us for a Kitchen Remodel and other interior renovations. UPDATE: The project has now progress into the final phase. !!The Final Drawing are complete and have been delivered to the client!!
